"MBA Architectural" is a unique Architectural Business that offers Architectural Services & Seminars in alignment with Universal Laws and Mother Earth. Principal and founder, Professor Michael P. Boardway has also coined the phrase "SPIRITUAL - GREEN ARCHITECTURE", which means that the building occupants will increase their vibration and frequency to a higher level of evolution with (Colors, Sound & Specific Materials throughout the building, such as crystals, oils, etc...). Also "Green" means efficient design with least dependability on outsourcing for energy use. I was also instrumental in initiating the Energy Commission for the State of California in 1978, which instituted new Laws, Codes & Standards for the efficiency of energy for all new buildings. Thus, having over 30 years of experience in Green & Sustainable Design.
I also offer Architectural Seminars throughout the United States and in other countries for the NCARB-ARE License Exam, Calif. Supplemental Exam and Professional Subjects. All services are offered with a high degree of quality. I have been in business and have offered Architectural Services as well as Architectural Seminars since 1987.
